DESCRIPTION
Production Process : Dates are washed to remove debris. Then they are hydrated in order to adjust the water content. After that, the dates are either natural or coated with a solution of glucose syrup to give them a shine and are, finally, dried to protect them from sticking. The dates will be packed in racks. These are labeled and pass through a metal detector before being grouped and palletized. The packed products are stored in a cold room until shipping.
Intended use : Dates can be consumed for different purposes, alone, as snacks, with cereals, with yogurt, in confectionery and pastries.
