Dates Paste

Production Process: Dates are washed to remove debris. They are then dried. The dates are passed through a machine that produces date paste by kneading and removing the pits. The resulting paste is packed in stainless steel moulds to predefined containers and then wrapped in food-grade plastic and packed in grouping cartons.

Intended Use:

• Main ingredient in energy bars and healthy snacks.
• Filling in dry biscuits, pastries and other baked goods.
• Replacement for syrups and other sweeteners.
• In chocolate-covered confectionery
• Ingredient for baby food, spreads, jams and other confectionery.
• Consumed directly as a spread.
