DESCRIPTION
Production Process: Dates are washed to remove debris. Then they are hydrated in order to adjust the water content. After that, the dates will be packed in racks. These are labeled and pass through a metal detector before being grouped and palletized. The packed products are stored in a cold room until shipping.
Intended use: Dates can be consumed for different purposes, as healthy snacks, with cereals, with yogurt, in confectionery and pastries.
